Yes, all our products are made from selected, fully dried solid wood. We do not use chipboard, MDF or veneer; on request we can also share the material details for each product separately.

Yes. We produce custom pieces according to the dimensions of your space, how you intend to use them and the colour and texture you prefer. Once you send us your request, a suitable quote and production time are shared with you.

Yes, you can request a sample of the wood type and colour tone you have chosen. That way you can see the colour, the texture and the surface finish first-hand before you order.

For standard products the delivery time depends on stock availability; for custom size and design orders the production process is usually completed within 2-6 weeks. The exact time is confirmed to you once your order is approved.

All our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing and material defects. The warranty certificate is delivered with the product, and its duration may vary depending on the product group.

For large and heavy products an assembly service is offered on request. Simply let us know that you need assembly when you order and a suitable plan is arranged for you.

A microfibre cloth is enough to remove dust from the surface, and a slightly damp cloth when needed. Feeding the wood with a natural wood care oil at least twice a year helps it keep its moisture and its shine for a long time.

With the right care, solid wood products can be used for decades; with some types of wood this can be far longer under suitable conditions. The natural changes in texture that appear over time are part of the character of solid wood.

Yes, we offer different wood types and colour options depending on the product group. We decide on the right option together by looking at where it will be used and what you expect from it.

For custom size and design products, change and cancellation requests can be considered before production starts. For requests after production has begun, please contact us directly.

Yes, for corporate projects we produce custom-size pieces that suit the architecture and the concept of the space. The process and the delivery plan are drawn up separately according to the scope of the project.

We recommend checking the product against the delivery note when it arrives. If you notice any damage or missing parts, asking for a report to be issued at the time of delivery and contacting us as soon as possible helps the matter to be resolved quickly.
